摘要: 为学习、研究化工仿真培训系统实现的原理和方法,促进化工仿真培训系统的发展,以四组阀在化工生产的开、停车及事故处理操作为对象,采用以数据库为核心的体系结构思想,仿真环境作为支撑的开发模式,制作四组阀在化工仿真培训中的仿DCS和仿现场界面,开发四组阀开度计算和流量计算的算法,描述四组阀在化工仿真培训系统中的数据结构和数据传递过程,实现四组阀的仿真操作。此种开发方法具有思路清晰、简单易学、复用性高和可促使仿真环境不断发展的特点,对其它化工过程仿真培训系统的开发具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract: In order to study the principles and methods of the chemical industry simulation training system’s realization, promote its development, as to the beginning, stopping and accident handling operations of the group of four valves(GFV) in chemical industry, this article makes the simulation pictures of industrial DCS and field, develops its simulation algorithm of opening and flow rate, describes its simulation database and the course of data transmitting, fulfils its simulation operation based on the databaseorientated architecture and the development mode supported by simulation environment. This kind of development method is not only clear and easy to study, but also has high reusability rate and can promote the continuous development of the simulation environment, plays an important part in the development of simulation training system of other chemical industrial process.
